a) Rubber
Slipper2: METROARK HS imparts excellent shining on
rubber strip as well as inner surface of the slipper. It can be applied by
simple brushing on the rubber surface. Best result is obtained when METROARK
HS is used in 1:1 ratio with water.
b) Bicycle
Tyre:
METROARK HS creates a bright shine on bicycle tyres. Here, it is used in the
ratio of 1:1 with water.

a Release Agent

Slipper
Sheet
(Hawai Sheet):
Generally, Sheet dimension is 6mm to 12mm thick having area
36"x 36". METROARK HS gives excellent release of the sheet from
the mould. For better release, fresh coating is required every time on the
mould surface. Coating can be applied by spraying in the ratio 1:5 with
water.
b)
Micro Cellular Sheet:
This sheet is required for lower portion
of slippers. Sheet dimension is 1mm to 8mm thick having area 36" x
36" or 30" x 30". Here, METROARK HS is used as a release agent
from the mould. Application process is similar to Slipper sheet as above.
c) Banwar
Sheet:
This sheet is necessary for upper portion of the slipper. Sheet dimension is
almost 1mm to 8 mm thick having area 36" x 36" or 30" x
30". Here, METROARK HS is used as a release agent from the mould. Application
process is similar to Slipper sheet as above.
d) Bicycle
paddle and brake shoe:
METROARK
HS is used as a mould release agent and can be used directly or in 1:1 ratio
with water.
e) Bicycle
tyre:
METROARK HS is an effective release agent in the manufacturing of bicycle
tyre. METROARK HS is being used directly or in 1:1 ratio with water.
f) EVA
Sheet3:
For the manufacture of EVA sheet, METROARK HS is used as a release agent. For effective release, METROARK HS
can be used in 1:5 ratio with water. |
